Use EmployeeNet to Get to Email and Other Office365 Services or Submit Time sheets and IT Support Requests

You can reach many important resources through EmployeeNet. Here's a few common examples:

Get to your Email from anywhere on any device.

  1. Go to https://employees.roundrocktexas.gov
  2. Select Quick Links, then Webmail employees.png
  3. Log in using your work email address and password 
  4. You have the full email and calendar experience with Microsoft Outlook in a web browser.

 

Fill Out your time sheet

  1. Go to https://employees.roundrocktexas.gov
  2. Select Quick Links, then Time Sheet
  3. Log in using your Employee ID and password
  4. Select Time Entry, Enter Time

Submit a Help Desk Ticket

  1. Go to https://employees.roundrocktexas.gov
  2. Select Quick Links, then IT Support Center
  3. If necessary, Login using your work email address and password
  4. Select Submit Request
  5. Provide a Subject and Description of the issue or request.

Get to Office 365 and SharePoint

  1. Go to https://employees.roundrocktexas.gov
  2. Select Quick Links, then Office Online
  3. If necessary, Login using your work email address and password
  4. Select any of the Office 365 apps to launch the web browser version of the application
  5. To get to SharePoint sites, select the SharePoint icon 
  6. Select from the SharePoint sites you are following or use SharePoint search to find the site or resource.
