Code Case is an app that can be downloaded on an iPad and used to create new TRAKiT code cases.
To install on an iPad, go to the Apple App Store and search for Central Square (two words).

Click on CentralSquare Code as shown below. Click Get to install and then Open to open the app.
Once the app is open, enter the following into the Application Server field: https://etrakit.roundrocktexas.gov/itrakit
Then click on Connect & Login
(If this screen does not automatically come up, click on Settings in the bottom right part of the screen).
Next, enter your UserID and Password (this is the same username/password that you use to log into TRAKiT and your computer). Use your username (i.e. jarthur), not your email address.
Create a Code Case
Once logged in, click on Add Case at the bottom of the screen.
Type in an address, set the Type to address and click the magnifying glass. Select the address from the list.
Select the Case Type (i.e. Zoning). and select Self-Initiated or Complaint Based.
When done, click the Create button in the upper-left corner of the window.
Type in any other Notes or Details and click Create New Code Case.
Click the "Tap to add additional details" area to add a Violation, Inspection or Action.
If you select Violation, for example, you can add details about the violation, like Violation Type, Location, Status, Notes, etc. Click Save when done.
The Violation is added to the Case, as shown below.
If you need to obtain the Code Case number, click the Share button in the upper-left corner of the screen and then select Get Code Case #.
The new case will automatically be created in TRAKiT
