Working Remote - Setup


In a time of emergency where you are not able to come into work, our goal is to provide you with connection back to city network resources, IT will do our best to accommodate the needs to run your department daily operations. 

We also have a responsibility to keep city data and network safe and there may be some limitations on equipment used. 
This is a series of articles to facilitate the process for staff that has Director approval to work remotely.  If you are following these steps, it is understood that IT has already been informed of this approval and has taken the necessary steps to set up the specific user.  If not, these steps will not work.
