If your account is locked, please consider before you submit a ticket:
- All accounts automatically reset after 15 minutes. Please wait 15 minutes and try again.
- If you turn in a ticket, it will more than likely take longer than 15 minutes (after the lock) to submit the ticket and get a response from IT. By that time, your account may have unlocked on it's own.
- If you realize that your password needs to get reset, follow the reset password article steps.
